Neo-CLI v3.10.0 has been released, laying groundwork for the upcoming Gorgon hard fork while adding developer tools, wallet upgrades, and an official Docker image. The release was published on June 11, deployed to the T5 TestNet on June 12, and is planned for MainNet on June 26. It does not activate the Gorgon hard fork, which still has no scheduled date. On March 17, AxLabs released two TypeScript SDKs for the NeoFS decentralized object storage network, adding native tools for JavaScript and TypeScript developers. The neofs-sdk-ts-core package offers shared cryptographic utilities, while neofs-sdk-ts-node delivers full NeoFS API coverage for Node.js, including container, object, and access control operations. Both libraries are open-sourced under the Apache 2.0 license and aim to make NeoFS more accessible for Web3 application development.

On March 16, Neo core developer and R3E Network founder Jimmy Liao announced the release of neo-js v0.1.8, a lightweight TypeScript-native SDK for Neo N3. The package focuses on core functionality like transaction creation, wallet support, and typed RPC access while depending on only two runtime libraries, including COZ's neon-core. It is positioned as a complement to the long-running neon-js SDK and is currently available under an MIT license on npm and GitHub.

Neo has signed an integration agreement with omnichain messaging protocol LayerZero to add cross-chain communication to its EVM-compatible sidechain Neo X. Da Hongfei said on March 16 that TestNet integration should be finished by the end of the month, with MainNet to follow, while talks on a separate Neo N3 integration continue without a set timeline.
