IREN said it closed a $3.65B debt facility on June 1 to fund GPUs tied to its AI cloud agreement with Microsoft, with a blended financing cost of 6.00%. Alongside a $1.94B Microsoft prepayment, the company covered about 96% of $5.81B in GPU spending for a contract it values at $9.7B over five years.
